How credits work and what things cost.
Credits
Everything runs on credits. You buy credits, and each analysis deducts from your balance.
Price per credit: 6 EUR
Purchase options:
- Minimum: 5 credits (30 EUR)
- Maximum: 500 credits (3,000 EUR)
- Payment via credit/debit card through Stripe
Credits don't expire. Buy what you need, use them whenever.
What costs what
The only thing that uses credits is running analysis. Cost depends on the workload:

These are estimates. Actual costs depend on document content and how much work the AI needs to do.

You only spend credits when you click "Analyze" or "Analyze All".
Tracking your spending
Your current balance is always visible in the sidebar. You can also review your full credit history - every purchase, every analysis charge, and any refunds.
Refunds
If an analysis failed due to a system error (not a document quality issue), contact support. We'll review what happened and issue credits back if appropriate.
Credits used for completed analyses are non-refundable, even if the results weren't what you expected. This is why we recommend preparing your documents properly and setting up criteria before running analysis.
